This contemporary west-facing apartment has all the amenities to guarantee you have a perfect, worry-free holiday and ensure that you are able to make the most of your time away. Accessed via security doors the apartment is bright and welcoming from the moment you enter. The property is predominantly open plan, with a light and modern living, dining, and kitchen area. The unique feature of the apartment is the fold away terrace doors, which run along the entire width of the living area and extend out onto the sea view balcony enlarging the living and dining area to outside. The bedroom and shower room are located at the back of the apartment via a small but bright corridor. The general decor of the apartment is very neutral in colour consisting of different shades of white and brown mixed with a splash of colour bringing character and charm to the property. Verdemar is ideal for those who wish to stay in the heart of Nerja, with a choice of close-by beaches as well as the benefit of a large swimming pool and beautifully kept gardens.
The west-facing balcony guarantees prime-time, afternoon sun, beautiful side, sea views and overlooks the beautiful, very green, communal gardens and swimming pool. With a round, glass table and four comfortable, outdoor dining chairs, the balcony is perfect for al-fresco dining. On the balcony you will also find an external storage cupboard which contains an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, sweeping brush and dustpan and brush.
Lounge / open plan kitchen
The open plan living and kitchen area offers fantastic views and plenty of light which filters through the full length, folding terrace doors, thus is extremely light and comfortable and tends to be the hub of this property. The living area comprises of a double leather sofa, a leather-arm chair, a central, round glass coffee table, a full length mirror, a wall-mounted flat screen LCD TV with SKY free view channels as well as various Spanish channels and a DVD player. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, ample cupboard space, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, a fridge with freezer compartment, vacuum cleaner, an electric oven and ceramic hob, sink and draining board, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. The air conditioning unit is located in the living area, which due to the open plan design of the property, can reach and cool/heat all areas of the apartment.
The bedroom consists of twin beds which, upon request can be converted to a king sized bed by the use of a king size over-mattress to join the beds together. A bedside table can be found on either side of the beds and wall mounted crystal bed side lights are located above the head of each bed. The room also comprises of a built-in modern wardrobe with two draws and plenty of hanging space; a digital safe can also be found built into the wall of the cupboard. A large mirror is mounted on the wall and a small dressing mirror can be found on the bedroom shelf with an over-hanging light. The east facing, double glazed, tilt and turn window filters through plenty of light but also has both curtains and shutters. A/C unit.
The bathroom comprises of a large ceramic sink with a sink unit and two draws, a large mirror with two centre lights, built in shelving and a large 1x1 meter, walk-in shower with both a power shower head as well as a detachable, hand held shower head, the shower also has a fixed, full length shower screen, a WC, a washing machine and a travel hair dryer. Notes: The AC with a sensor, which automatically switches the unit off, when no movement is detected.
