" Sincere apologies for the delay. It’s been a bit hectic since we got back, but I’d just like to thank you for your wonderful service in general, and particularly your kindness at the last minute last Sunday evening, when my wife was taken into hospital. (She’s doing fine now, by the way). Even though we finally managed to get away in time to catch our scheduled flight, your offer to allow us to stay on took a bit of pressure of us, and was very much appreciated. The fact that you even answered your ‘phone on a Sunday evening was a relief, to be honest! Until the Sunday, we had had a wonderful holiday, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Location, size, layout and furnishings etc were ideal. (My niece and her boyfriend joined us this time, and I think they are also now hooked on Nerja!!) We normally like to visit Nerja in May & Sept, so I fully expect to be in touch again in the New Year, when we make plans for returning next May. Please pass on our sincere thanks to the rest of the team for a wonderful job well done, and also our apologies to Steve, due to us holding him up from his duties, as we were a little late vacating the apartment. The Villa is in a stunning location and the views magnificent, even if the drive up the mountain was a little scary, we did get use to it! Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken, dass wir Ihre tolle Villa mit all den Annehmlichkeiten nutzen konnten, es war alles so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, teilweise sogar noch besser...Ihr Haus ist überwältigend, insbesondere auch durch die sehr persönliche Ausstattung und die herrliche Lage. Genau so eine Location haben wir gesucht und bei Ihnen gefunden. Wir hatten die Jahre zuvor eine ähnliche Location auf Mallorca und waren nun ganz gespannt ob es uns in Andalusien genau so gut gefällt.
Wir werden die Villa ganz bestimmt bei unserer nächsten Urlaubsplanung mit berücksichtigen, denn auch die Umgebung, Frigilana und Nerja haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt noch einiges was wir sehen möchten. Ich wünsche Ihnen eine gute Zeit und bis bald,

We were especially appreciative of the way that you booked a taxi for us to the airport at the end of our stay - it took all the stress out of the journey for us. We loved the location of the apartment and think that we were in one of the best positions in San Juan de Capistrano. The only thing that we would do differently next time is hire a car as walking up the steep hill with groceries wasn't the most fun! We enjoyed the beautiful views from our superb apartment and the lovely people of surrounding Nerja.
The toy box was a great idea and kept both my 2.5 and 9 yr old entertained. The booster seat was good to have also. Beach towels were appreciated. Great to have the few grocery necessities as well.
The airport transfers were in large, comfortable air conditioned vehicles for which we were thankful.
Working in the Travel trade for over 20 years I was pleasantly surprised with the standard of service that Anke and your company and staff were able to provide. Obviously I did have reservations about booking direct via the Internet however they soon disappeared.
I have already passed your details to one of my colleagues and although I work in Business Travel I will offer your company details to whoever may be interested.

" It was very good to meet you whilst we were staying at La Palmera during the last two weeks. It was a lovely villa and truly lived up to what we hoped for but did not really expect. It was every bit as good as the photos you sent us, and even better. Such a homely place to stay, comfortable, safe with excellent facilities and spectacular views, and a herd of goats going past twice in the evenings. We had the laziest holiday ever - just by the pool, the beach, at the supermarket for provisions and lovely food and drink at the villa, in town or on the beach. We do still love the area even after 27 years of visiting and despite the development which in the main has been done very well. Kindest regards, "
