The apartment is set in a beautifully maintained urbanization just a few minutes drive from the centre of Nerja and Burriana beach. Burriana beach is a stunning beach with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, kids play area, water sports and much more. The great thing about this beach is that there is something for everyone there. To get to the apartment you first pass a local restaurant, mini-supermarket and the famous cave bar. Just opposite you then follow a winding footpath surrounded by lovely gardens, bright flowers and a big fun communal pool.

As you enter the apartment you are greeted by the rays of sunshine shinning through the glass terrace doors lightning up the entire room. The great thing about this apartment is that its East facing and receives the sunshine early in the morning until late afternoon.This recently refurbished property has a lovely new modern look to it, but still gives you that holiday home feeling you would expect when abroad.

The apartment's big terrace comes equipped with sunloungers, outside dining area and also a charcoal BBQ for those hot summer evenings. The lounge and inside dining area looks modern, stylish and is a perfect place to relax after those long summer energy draining days. A fully equipped open kitchen is fitted at the opposite side to the lounge providing you with all the necessary appliances if you choose to cook in one evening.
