This lovely bright property is located in the well known development of San Juan de Capistrano, and offers fantastic views over Nerja and to the mediterranean as well as the mountains of the natural park, also with great views of the ancient watch tower 'Torre de San Juan'. Access is via a private secure iron gate, with a lovely secluded garden terrace. The accomodation is then accessed via some external steps onto a large private second terrace, with a selection of comfortable garden furniture and extendable awning. From there you enter the property, with comprises of open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, a twin bedroom and double bedroom with doors to the terrace as well as a modern new shower room. A steep spiral staircase leads to the private roof terrace with sun loungers and new outside sofas and low table. This stair case is not suitable for families with young children or people with walking difficulties.
