This much sought after urbanisation is on the eastern side of Nerja within walking distance to town and large supermarket. The property nestles in amongst the beautiful gardens with its many palm trees, this tranquil setting is ideal for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun. Parking is nearby and the property is approached via a short walk way through the gardens, up some steps, therefore not suitable for wheel chair users. The property itself is of open plan design with vaulted ceiling in the lounge/dining area giving it an impression of spaciousness. Two bedrooms are on split levels, with two bathrooms and a south facing terrace which can be approached via the modern kitchen and the lounge.
The shared pools, including one childrens pool, and the bar and restaurant are a couple of minutes walk from the property through the gardens.
The private south facing terrace (sun until afternoon) which is accessed via the kitchen and lounge, is approx. 12 m2, with garden table and six chairs, built in charcoal BBQ, extendable electric awning.
